Hm... I checked YouTube for Daniel Kandi - Venice Beach, but none of the uploads sound like the second sample.

maybe you should clean your ears...it's quite obvious that the second one is Venice Beach. It's just a remix or a probably an intro edit of it.

That was unnecessary. Well, I found the track ID though. It's Adam Nickey - Callista. I don't blame you; Venice Beach sounds quite similar.
