DHS wouldn't let me go to Cali to get it. Since then I havn't been allowed into the states. Only hitch was on my flight back to TO from MEX..at which point I was informed I'd be arrested without preclearance if I try to catch a connecting again -- or I would need a visa - consulate says I'm visa exempt - and thus you can't actually get one as a Canadian - was my understanding for the b2. Short story short, it is imposible for me to enter the US without CBP/DHS giving me approval, but to date I've been unable to receive a response.. and I can't physically enter the US without being arrested, lifetime banned and deported after a detention period if what the last CBP officer stated is accurate.
So yeah my boat was deprived of me cause they felt I didn't have a reason to go back to Canada and I would live on welfare in California if they let me in. At that time my reentry requirements were a real job, and a mortgage, the subsequent time after I bought a house, were that my activities in the US couldn't include promotional activities which were seen as an attempt at illegal employment in the US. When coming back from atlanta I was processed for asylum and given an alien#. None the less I have no plans to go to the US any time soon; moreover, I have no clue who owns the boat now, I can only assume it is CBP officer. |
You must've really pissed them off. When they asked if you had any fruits to declare you said "just me" right?
