[Chicago] Best club to be at as the ball drops for new years?
Hey everyone!
First off, Merry Christmas!
I hope everyone is as buzzed as I am
I wanted to take the GF out for New Years Eve and, not having much club experience since I've been a 21 for just a year but without much money (college blah), I'm not sure what clubs host the best New Years Eve parties. I'm not just looking for an awesome party, but good music too. No "ENERGY THURSDAYS" or 18+ club music (*gag*). I'm simply looking for clubs that have some well-respected DJs that play good EDM music.
Anyone have any suggestions or know already where they themselves will be going? (Preferably a place where the guido-to-woman ratio is less than 5:1 :haha

Well, my stupid eyes didn't see another NYE thread a few posts down. If you want to post advice here still you can, but I'm gonna see what the other thread has to say.

Hard Rock Hotel's Bar has a free party with SR71 and Weaponry, haven't heard them but as far as locals go I wouldn't mind checking them out.
I was invited to a "Disco NYE" party on facebook that looks pretty cool, 20 bucks for all you can drink. Don't know where the address is yet though, says near Ashland and Belmont.

I'm planning on going to Smartbar already in January for Omar S so I don't need to be there for NYE, but they're having a thing as well.
