Progress Evol - Changes in me
Hello everyone, I'm from Russia, my name is Artem
Rate my track, I tried very hard and spent a lot of time on his writing.
My favorite singer - deadmau5. It was his music influenced this track.
My producer experience is not high, but I ask you to adequately assess and express what you think about the track

you can listen to it here :

He's not a singer, it's called producer. Anyways I think the tracks are ok, maybe the two tracks before is a little better than this one. I noticed that the track need a little bit more sidechain compression, and some better chords, maybe not so dark, if you want that deadmau5 sound.

The chords aren't compelling enough to keep my attention. Or, there are a lack of elements and groove in the beginning and it gets too repetitive. You *almost* have that sound you were going for, but the synth isn't warm enough. It has a bit of brittleness. The chords are not bad, there is just not enough counter melody and things like that imho.

If you arranged this and wrote some melodies and things to go on top of the main meat it might work.

Keep working hard and you'll be just fine, you're going in the right direction there is no doubt about that. Stay motivated and inspired. Also, you might want to try cutting up that factory loop to give it a more personal and "your" feel to it. Being able to create your own loops is very important.

Your remix of Devine is very good in my opinion. It's far better than the attempt at mouse, but all the more evidence you are going in the right direction.

I like to hear the synths sidechain pumping when the kick stops if possible (you know with a sidechainer muted kick or one without an output bus)

Quite nice but chords too similar to other stuff already been released so you njeed to find a more original scale.

Also what makes deadmau outstanding are all the little gliches / fx / wierd ways of playing etc so if you want room on his scene you need to develop all those tricks

Good work though
