I'm working on a countdown for New Years. I have 5 tracks. When I add my sound effects to any track, all my audio shifts out of place. I'm working with Ableton 8.1

This is the breakdown of my tracks. There are no effects or anything fancy added to any of the tracks. It's just straight audio.

Track 1 = The original audio track. Just using it as a guidance to see where the transitions are.
Track 2 - The Countdown Vocals
Track 3 - The Countdown Vocals
Track 4 - Sound FX & DJ Drops
Track 5 Sounf FX & DJ Drops

first make sure all warp's are set to 'slave', next make sure your grid hasnt' changed (to triple or anything else)... last make sure there is no groove templates on the project. lemme know
