id hardly call that happy hardcore ian.. more like 4-beat [i.e the breaking point between jungle and hardcore].
nitride, depends on what your after,, if your wanting new shit,.. i cant recommend tracks.. but producerwise and label-wise.. you cant go far wrong with brisk, brisk & ham, scott brown, joey riot. and labels: evolution & next generation.
and seriously dood.. if your just starting out on new happy hardcore.. id quit right now, as its fucking shite, you missed the best era of it by about 13-14 years... and you missed the second best era of it by about 5 or 6 years too, all the new stuff is just flip & fill and cascada shite pitched up with a harder beat.
gabba is the way forward my fine fellowed friend, check labels like audiogenic, rebelscum, deathchant, strike, noistorm & nordcore... its ok, you can borrow some of my knickers

Scott Brown is awesome, really like the tracks I got of Joey Riot as well.

that's where it was at its best imo anyway mate. for 3 or 4 years then it went happy & all the stuff like Vibealite & dance paradise was awesome, then by 98 it was getting a bit meh, and by 2000 i gave up on it for good until there were some ok tracks in 2004-5 but then once again it turned into turd.
However, some 'good' tunes just to help the guy out
bang the future - bodyslam
the vampire - teknophobia (sharkey remix)
dj seduction - samplemania
Sy & Unknown - Cape Fear
sharkey - distant dreams
