Help puting a set online

I want to put a set online soon but I do not have the space on my own site. What can I do?

Try zipping it with winace or winzip.
Alternatively lower the quality to 32kbps, either will reduce the file size and may mean it'll fit on your site.

Zipping an mp3 doesn't help anything - if anything, it'll only make the filesize BIGGER.

Why?
Because mp3 is already compressed from a wave file. There's nothing left to compress anymore.

So how come I managed to zip a 256kbps CD file from 700MB to 480MB using winace.
I'm not an IT whizz at all, don't understand a lot of this technical stuff.
