What a kick ass nite i got to vola around 11:00 and Angelo was riping it up i have to say
that this guy is such an awesome opener he played some great tunes plus a few old classics like
Interstate - I Found You i was like to myself i'm i hearing things such a great tune!!! I was
talking to Kevin at the bar and told him everytime you bring an event to Vola Angelo has to be
the opener! He sure knows what to play to get the crowd pumped great set my friend!!!

Steve Fucking Helstrip!!!
I waited 6 long years to see him back in Toronto what he did on friday was
absolutely EPIC he started with a bang by playing Affinity 2010 rework! I had
a feeling that he was going to play it but not the first track holy shit i was in
heaven my fav classic of all time <3 <3 Steve was happy to be back in Toronto
full of energy getting everyone into it his set was upbeat with tunes like Irufushi
i still can't believe that he drop this EPIC TUNE!!!! The list goes on and on

I said it once and will say it again and again smaller venue big name dj OWNS!!!!!!!!!
The vibe was absolutely awesome no fighting no pushing etc etc everyone was
there to have an EPIC nite and looking over my videos the crowd was luving it!!
Steve's mixing was fantastic hope to see him back really soon any dj can pop a cd
in the mixer fuck i can even do that haha but with him hes there to make sure
everyone is luving his set and having a great nite! Was happy with his tracklist
not to many vocals just banging tunes like Rulebook wow crazzzzzy tune!

A few tracks i was happy to hear Open Our Eyes this brings back soo many
memories Synaesthesia the 2010 rework wow! As much as i hate As The Rush Comes
b/c it got soo overplayed when it first came out i have to be honest was happy
to hear it as the encore everyone singing along just awesome!!! <3

but seriously, i had a great time. i enjoyed the music a lot more than last time and had too many laughs w/ the company i had around me. it was also awesome having the duke of tunes back out and partying. never a dull moment w/ you around buddy.

Was good seeing everyone again last night. Turn out was a little less than the previous event but that's ok. Musically and technically this was a very good and structured set. I was actually going to leave around 3:30 but then Mr. Hellstrip turned the speakers towards us, and completely turned the place upside, with a crowd at that point which seemed like 100 felt like 1000. Everyone and the tracks were totally jumping for the last half hour of the set. Ended with a major bang! with a bow from the DJ, Kevin, Adam and Oz, such a great ending.
