I was talking about the Filter Noise Sequence, Some people call It Acidline Or Acid Sound (Not 303 Acidline)...

I guess you best bet would be pumping the resonance really high , and play with the cutoff freq.
It's probably some kind of FM synthesis , but I don't know about the waveforms involved.
But it sounds like some kind of square though.
