Unknown album rather than an unknown track

So I remember a long time ago my mom had a cassette tape of mostly 90s pop/euro dance kind of stuff. That cassette was really the first electronic music I heard and when I was 8 (or something like that) years old I thought it was pretty awesome. I remember it had Eiffel 65 - Blue and Ann Lee - 2 Times but besides that I don't remember much except that it MAY have had Alice Deejay - Better Off Alone. The cover, iirc, was like in outer space and there was an alien in the foreground, I think behind the alien there was planet earth but I'm not sure.

That's really all I remember and though I've tried to look, I can't find anything. Any help would be very much appreciated.
