Oh yeah, shit... I completely forgot about this one!
Where is it located exactly, and was there a website with all the info for this or am I just tripping?
I think I will head up there tomorrow too, if I find out where the heck it is by tomorrow...

Hey guys....totally fogot to ask if any TAs were going to go or not, I went on saturday with 2 friends.
DARKNIGHTS WAS NOT WORTH IT THIS YEAR!!
Samething every year I think.....last year it was more hyped up by "Fast and the furious" and nitrous systems...but this year....kinda plain... your usual civics...neons(haha), DSMs..supras..blah blah
Models were whatever...nothing spectacular, I don't get ppl...the bikini show isn't that hype, it was so damn hot and I'd rather have not stood there under the sun to watch these girls just walk around
There was actually a freestyle battle at one of the vendors...which is kinda good, we watched a good bit of it.
IT WAS NOT WORTH THE $20 ENTRY PLUS $10 PARKING PLUS $2 FOR WATER
Rather would have gone to Guv haha
Here's some pics I took, had to shrink them for better display.

yeah
i came back 2day
the angels..kym and the other one...i 4got what her name was
well, they were nice
tila was my main attraction
as for the cars...i seen a lotta supras and nsx's
but i didn't think it was worth the $20 either
bikini show sucked
freestyle show at the vender was ok...but it was so 1 sided
some chinese guy and black guy was battling
that black guy sucked big time!
got some pix wit tila and the angels
daz about all the good pix...
there were also 2 SILVIA CONVERSIONS!!!
i nearly died when i seen that
to sum it all up
it was too hot, cars weren't spectacular, bikini contest were filled with MILFS, the mc was annoying as hell, and Tila's photos were $15
defintely not worth the $20
but i'd say it's worth $10

pfffttt
whiny little fucks...
you guys spend $200-500 on a spoiler that doesn't do fuck all on your cars, and you have the nerve to bitch about $20 entry?
I parked and got in free -- not to mention, i got a nice parking spot under a tree so my interior didn't blaze my ass when i got back -- hahhaahahaha SUCKERS!
According To Kevin (the head man of DKN) this year has been the best so far. The weather was good, and the show-out was even better.
As for the cars... there was a nice amount of ricers. Unfortunately i didn't have my camera set properly, so all my damn photo's are blurry (FUCK!)

Honestly guys... did you kids take fucking aeronautical physics? (probably not)
YOU DON'T NEED A SPOILER ON A HATCHBACK. The body's shape is such that you don't need a spoiler on 90% of those cars. Not to mention most of them are front wheeldrive anyway, so you definetly don't need a spoiler, as the weight of the car is at the front. Don't forget the fact that the car's aren't long enough anyhow to need downforce on the rear end. If anything the downforce created by spoilers probably lifts the front which is exactly what you don't want on a front wheel drive car in the first place.
Ever notice how VIPER's or Ferrari's don't have spoilers? it's cause they don't need them. If a car like that doesn't need one... why does your mom's 92 Civic DX need one?
And yes, i'm aware that Porsches and Lambo's have spoilers, but that's because Porsche engineers know a fuckload more than your average rice-boy with an aluminum spoiler. As well.. Porsche's are mid-engined. So they need the spoiler because of weight-distribution and downforce.
Lambo's are rear-engined, and if you'r observant, the spoiler's are downlow and tight to the body. Of course it's a much bigger car than your typical civic (it weighs almost a ton... maybe more)
