What is the best way to relax calves after a distance run?
Hello TACOR answers just curious
What is the best way to relax calves after a distance run?
My feet are cool cause they are tingling but the calves are noticably not kosher.
I just noticed that if I go on my toes (so the toes are flat but the feet are upright while sitting it actually does pretty good.. may have this one answered.
For some reason the more I push down on the toes with the feet up the better it feels. Then occasionally putting the tops of them to the ground instead, once them being pushed flat starts getting uncomfortable...
any other ways, like I was thinking ice? Or would heat be better?
I notice that after a while stretching the foot sorta hyper extending the toes towards the knees is a good next step.
But now I notice my thighs just above my knees are sore now instead...
