jetblue gives you unlimited snacks, so you can eat more than $9 worth of their snacks on each leg. fly out tues morn, and take last flight out wednesday, and its a nice little getaway.
but dont forget the taxes and fees.
the southwest deal last fall for $25 flights was better due to being able to fly on thur/mon during LE weekend.
