Oh, we’re talking art are we? I dunno then. they can make up whatever words they like I suppose. But you’d struggle to find the word in a dictionary.

Yeah. I've never actually seen the term "irrealism" in a dictionary. But I did hear one of my professors use it offhandedly, and I did find an article (http://cafeirreal.alicewhittenburg.com/what_is_irr.htm) attempting to define it without mentioning a key difference between it and surrealism.
