anyone know of any automatic kijiji and craigslist ad posters?

I want my ads on kijiji automated. Im lazy and dont want to put a new posting every couple of days. is there a program that will automatically do it for me? or am i day dreaming here?

i googled and came across some but i dont know if theyre legit or not. anyone have any experience with this?
