dont have a sample but maybe u know what i mean

hey I heard this cool trance tune on the radio erlier today and I'm wondering what it's called.... in the song there are a man that speaks something in german ... it's not a nazi song or anything like that .damn it's hard to explain...
well it's somekind of uplifting trance....

he says halt/heist or something in the end of every 16 beat...
the vocal is some kind of speach... but after the speach the cooles synths come in.... Damn that song is cool... i'll check if it's ramstein
