Here's your problems:

1. You're friend-zoned because you're trying to be Mr. Sensitive Nice Guy, III. Women aren't attracted to men who act like girls. Cut your hair. Cut your nails. Floss your teeth. Read a book. Do these things regularly. No one is attracted to someone who's desperate, pathetic, and clingy. No one! Maybe you, but no one, else.

2. Your co-worker probably hates your guts because you probably come in feeling so sorry for yourself you can't focus on what you're doing, if not for the fact that you'd rather not be doing it. Times are tough, all over. I can't fucking get arrested but if I could find a job eating shit sandwiches, I'd fucking do it with a smile on my face. You were hired because you're young and ought to know enough that you don't even have the right to think you deserve better, and as long as you keep behaving like you don't deserve any better, it probably won't get any better.

3. Failed every test you've taken but can write an almost grammatically perfect post at close to twenty years old? Well, fuck me running. Mr. Smarty Pants is so smart he's convinced himself he's a fucking dumb-ass. Why even bother trying when you've managed to outwit yourself with a potent amalgamation of fucking retarded. At least if you really were a dumb-ass, you'd actually have a fucking excuse not to pass a simple driving test.
