Meh. These remixes all sound so harmless, middle of the road and lacking in oomph that I'd rather just go listen to the original versions again.

The only exception is that second UR remix. Driving, punchy stuff with a great eerie atmosphere. Quite the contrast to the first UR remix, which was a more straight-forward detroit techno affair a la Jaguar.

As Jan knows, I'm excited about one track on this, the instra:mental remix of japanese electronics. It's just lush imo. Maybe my favourite piece this year. The rest, aside from the dbridge remix sounds instantly forgettable but I'll be picking those two up I think next month.

I quite enjoy that track as well Ian. I might pick it up myself.
