I had a pretty good time overall.

First hour of Speedy J was meh. Then I figured out that the bass was ramped up too high so went to back and it was so much better. Some parts of the set was very samey, but other parts were just dark, twisted, insanely hard ass banging techno.

Felt like my head was bashed against the wall, and I bled hard techno

good times

I had fun

There were too many people at the beginning of the night and so it was really hard to dance (I was really annoyed to be honest); but by about 2am I found some room to move about.

I was hoping to catch Greg Gow but apparently he opened and played before Jamie Kidd. JK played a good set and definitely set the tone for Speedy J.

It was my first time seeing Speedy J: he played some sick techno but overall I have to say it was a tad too hard for me (there was no let-up at all and after a while it got to be too much). The crowd seemed to love it though! I left around 2:45am as I had had enough by that point.

Nice partying with you folks

What a glorious beat-down. Speedy J butchered us like hogs for 4.5 hours & I loved every minute of the slaughter.

Great night with great people.

I havent heard techno that relentless in ages...it was fuckin BANGING. Speedy played some seriously twisted and dark techno around 3-4am and the energy in the crowd was insane!

I havent danced that much in a while too so it was some good exercise

He better be back at DEMF next year!!

Big thanks to platform for throwing a massive good party YET AGAIN

Holy Christ.

Among top two or three parties I've been to. Didn't stop moving for 3.5hrs.

_Absolutely_ fantastic.

Only problem: Need to use the washroom more than once every 3.5hrs. Maybe a diaper next time.

Hard Techno.......check

Wow what a night! Got in early to make I get the GL and thank god i planned ahead! By the time I go in line, (i was 10th in line or so), the line backed up pretty much to the street.....and even outside the club I smell something big in the making!

Greg Gow played some great bouncy minimal that made everyone bounce and shake it. I find Gow's quite diverse. Minimal to bouncy to housy to techno....to harder stuff and the transitions between the genres is well done. For last night, I wish he had stayed on the minimal side...cuz there was plenty of techno to come around later.

Jamie Kidd played a very bouncy set, big room sound. I enjoyed it very much. JK's are very different from one to the next. Sometime its minimal, sometimes techno (sometimes a bit experimental...like @Beltram) and sometimes housy like last night.

Then comes Speedy J. Even tho he had some technical difficulties at the start, it only took him 10 mins to make the place explode...literally. His set from 1am to 3am was just techno insanity. Never seen a set peak that quickly and stick there. Last night was much different than what ive seen from him the past 2 times ive seen him (FW and DEMF). He usually takes you on a journey but last night...the departure and landing.....occurred at the same time! I wish he had started a bit slower because by 3am i was dead! i think i got off the floor once or twice to refresh and drinks....the rest was a non-stop workout. After 4, he played less of the same repetitive banging and went back to his normal fare, which i've enjoyed a bit more. This has to be the hardest set ive witnessed so far!

Despite the massive crowd, I found it to be pretty good. At the beginning, many drunkards were around....but didnt take long for Speedy J to scare the shit out of em It was definitely a sauna in there. Floors wet from the condensation, ceiling rain, drenched bodies.

Overall great night with great friend

Thx Platform once again

Ya that was quite interesting. There was no kick drum for literally at least the first ten minutes I'd say. But no one seemed to care and once the beat dropped it was all good
