Is this the way Australians dance to techno?

download the video here

It looks a bit like a crossover between how Germans dance to techno and breakdancing...

Very cool style IMHO!

My question: do all Australians dance to techno like that or is it just a group of people from Melbourne?

I could have posted it in the Aussie forum but I guess a lot of you like these kind of videos

they way they move thier feet is pretty cool, but they need to figure out something else for the upper body. It looks like a "controlled-flail".

well I like it but it might get repetitive after a while. Someone mentioned the movement of the upper body looks like controlled flailing, I'll have to agree. But looks pretty neat though haven't seen it around here at the clubs I go to. I'll save the file, thanks.

Nah not all aussies, mainly Melbournites.
Most of the stuff in this video is a bit of a break-dancy take on the Melbourne shuffle.

Dude, we have a day-old thread about this on the front page already

No matter...yeah, it is pretty damn cool...I wish I knew how to dance like that.

And the upper-body being controlled flailing? wtf is that supposed to mean? How are they supposed to move their upper-body? Just flail it without control?...looks pretty good...plus...in my opinion, its all about the foot-work.
