CDJ Problem

I have a pair of CDJ 200's and up until the other night they were both working perfectly. The other night however one of the decks just stopped functioning properly. It will turn on and I am able to play the track. Nearly every button on the deck is not responding. I cant skip tracks, or albums, or loop the track. The time mode and track display button is also not working. I cannot use the eject button either, i had to manually do that with the pin provided and tried using other CD's but with the same results. I have no idea how this has happened and can't think of what could be wrong with it. I was looking for some for of firmware to update the deck so that might override the problem but there doesn't seem to be for the 200's?

I have no idea where this came out of as I was using the deck successfully before it just stopped functioning. Would really appreciate any help with this as it is driving me insane not being able to use the decks at the minute. Any help or tips on what I could do or try would be greatly appreciated.

Bought it from a lad on here, so that isn't an option. Is there no other way to fix it than have it sent away and looked at?

Take it to a Pioneer authorized service center. The one closest to me charges a flat fee regardless of what they have to fix.

What's the fee out of curiosity? I've had a center jog indicator out on one of my 800 mk2s for a few years now. Functionally not a big deal but it screws up the whole symmetry in a dark room.

Right, the deck itself was working for a bit yesterday, then it went back to being pretty much paralysed. I was told it could be something under the Cue button that is tripping something that would knock all the other buttons from working?
Does anyone know if this could be the case?
