Visiting London for the first time. Oct 26th to Nov 3rd

Hello! Ill be visiting London between the dates above. Just looking for advice. Maybe something that is a "must see" any places to avoid or be careful of? I'm planning on going to Ministry of sound on Wednesday for the top 100 party. Also going to Above and Beyond at the O2 arena! Really excited about that!
