I'm sorry, but (mwahahahhaha!) but we only off destructive criticism, here!
Just kidding. It sounds like you're starting out so I'll give it a shot. If you're just starting out, it's still 1000 times better than anything I could come up with when I was first starting out so don't take anything I'm saying personally, please, and definitely don't get discouraged.
The snare, offset behind the beat, isn't very good. It's okay to do stuff like that for a very short while, like when you're hinting at an evolution where a rhythmic change is about to come up, but doing it the entire song is disorienting.
The high FM bell sounding lead, both musically and sonically, isn't very good. It sounds like Andrew Fletcher was fired from Depeche Mode, in the 80's, and tried to strike out on his own.
Doubling the mid-line bass didn't help the track and it's kind of static, with what it does. There should, perhaps rhythmically, be more variation than letting it play throughout every measure instead of just the first half of each measure.
Snare attack builds are hard to do. While you have some of the principles of it down and they definitely had a nice contour, they didn't really have room they needed in the mix and they should always build up to a major change in the track.
Your kicks, I think, are too quiet and should be brought up from 1-3 Decibels to roughly double of their current volume.
Where the song excels is in the mix. You definitely have a clarity and as long as you work on maintaining that, you won't go wrong.

I totally agree with your comment...That is why I'm seeking guidance...hopefully I will take your pointers in hand and better this track some...remember...just starting...Your criticism is greatly appreciated...Thanks a lot...I'm glad I'm sort of heading in the right track..The snare build ups suck I agree..but I'm learning...and this is just an idea I put out there...but where would you put this in?...What Genre?
