אני כל יום הולך לישון בין 6 ל 7... בימים האחרונים אני רק חוזר ב 6 וחצי ואני קם כל יום בסביבות שעה 2...
היום החלטתי להתפרע קצת וישנתי עד שעה 4.... להשלים שעות שינה

לי הייתה את הבעיה הזאת ברוב החופשים עד עכשיו
אבל משום מה החופש הזה אני מתחיל להרגי עייף כבר ב 00:00
וב 1:00 בערך אני הולך לישון

וקם ב10:00 בבוקר
11:00 גג

אתמול ב 6 בערב הלכתי לחדר כושר
חזרתי אחרי כמה שעות הביתה ל 10 דקות ואז נסעתי עם חברים לאווזי... ואז המשכנו להסתובב בכל מיני מקומות...
שבע בבוקר חזרתי הביתה רק כדי להחליף לבגד ים ואז נסענו אני ועוד שני חברים שלי לים
נשארנו בים עד 13:00 ועשינו גם טיול על החוף מהרצליה עד לגעש שם...
היה נחמד הצקנו לכל מיני ילדים בקייטנה וכו...
קיצר לא יכלתי לישון גם אחרי שחזרתי בגלל שהיה לי שיעור נהיגה
אז הלכתי לישון רק אחרי 17:00
