I haven`t got Cool Edit Pro , But I will give it a go . Amplitude , sounds like voulme Delay effects , is just that it adds delay Filters , would be High and low pass filters , this is how the make filter sweps in the many Trance songs you here Noise reduction , probley a filter to clean things up [ wav files ] Special , ??? Could be any thing just try it out Time/pich , were you can lengthen your wav files The best way to find out what they all are is to play around and do what ever you will so see what they do
