Kyota: Senegal | Raphie Remixxx

Now with the original being released on Flashover, after 4 months I finally can get this remix from under my hat. Unfortunately it didn't make the release.

Nevertheless, I decided to give u guys a listen before taking it offline completely.

Nice chill tune. Quite liked this.

Would like to give more in-depth feedback but I don't really have anything else to say. Sounds nice and tidy, good transitions/breaks. Nothing really stood out to comment on specifically.
..
Would fit right into my ASOT2004 album.

Oh, and sounds nice in my Beyer DT770 Pro's, as that's what I have at school with me

ThnX, had put a lot of effort into this one and i was quite happy with the result as well.

Let's see how the original edit will do and maybe just resend it under a different alias

Meh! EQ is all off the mix is distorting all over the place and the melodies sounds like they were done on a cheap casio keyboard...

Seriously though, this is actually a very well crafted piece of music and was a real pleasure to listen to.
I love the way the sonic landscape sounds so incredibly cohesive and everything seems to occupy just the correct place both in terms of level and placement.

If I had to make any criticism it would be the kick for me. Not that it's badly done, I think I might just have wanted something a bit deeper, just comes across as a bit dry in comparison to the rest of the track but that is based on what I like rather than what would be wrong or right for the track.

The fact that this didn't get picked is their loss.

Cheers
Nem

agreed with this. overall man, im not surprised this didnt get picked, its plain like toast with nothing on it. the melody is good which is why i think this sounds decent the sounds are reserved, tidy and safe, sounds almost identical to Halycon on and on. actually i really think you should listen to that track right now, and compare, i think you could benefit.
