I go to Siam No1, been there for like 1.5 months now. I havent been to any other MMA/MT/BJJ clubs before this is my first martial art but from what i have experienced at Siam its pretty good. The classes are a decent size depending on the day and the prices are pretty reasonable. I think its like 900 for the year.
A typical class is 45-60min of cardio (skipping, push ups squats, abs etc.) and then you have another 45-60min of technique( shadow boxing, thai pads bag work). The cardio is pretty intense but it gets you fit quick and you can go at your own pace.
The instructors/fighters seem pretty knowledgable and theres a lot of more experienced people that are always willing to help you out.
Come for a trial session, just make sure to come on a beginner day as its a bit lighter in terms of the cardio and it can get pretty exhausting if your not used to it.
