could use a bit more of chopping up the vocals, cause now it sounds like you just put a beat on the acapella. In the first section before the bas hit, the vocals seems a bit off imo, but other then that, clean work

ThhX, the vocal is kept original, to the structure of the original track, it has good flow, but way too much vibrato, so i soothed some of that away. The track or more organic / electropop than tech electro, so NO chops or gitches in this one. I might revisit the mix itself (tonal balance) in a couple of days, depending on my mood as there is a lot of stuff in it that i really like and i had to make choices. But for now I am happy, nice punching sucker

Hey man
Nice idea, although not too sure about the mixing. Unfortunately it was all a little too 'in your face' for me, there wasn't much breathing space.

Raphie your'e gonna be as big as Afrojack imo. This is really great and ok it's very in the face but I don't mind as here it works for me. It has a shivvery energy to it.

ThnX guys, Alex I updated the mix with a "loudness War Friendly version" with some more depth (mastered @ -12dbfs) Together with a bit more awesome ear candy.
Richard I'll think you like this one as well, B I G G E R, even more dreamy, sucked me right in during mixdown

I don't know the original but i'm hearing sounds most accomplished.
I like the 80s vibe and that you've been restrained with the fizz.
In the production forum is a huge rant about the original being shite,
It's funny as I actually quite like the melody and vox - it's quite empowering
Nice work Raphie btw.

Got the parts and started a remix but not finished it yet.
To be honest, I'm not sure I'm going to use the vox and I'm doing an instrumental mix. The vox add nothing to it, while the original melody is actually quite insipring.
Nevertheless, I started quite a groovy minimalistic mix which is sounding big so far.
May post a sample soon. Will probably finish by the end of the month.
