I personally think

that there is nothing wrong with progressive music most of the big name djs are spinning a lot of progressive...

take a look at ISOS3 first 3 tracks are mainly progressive, still they are nice and very chilling, so I guess if Tiesto went with progressive good for him, but he will always spin Trance on a background....

progressive is just a new trance trend and I guess we just have to exepted

I am starting to buy more progressive records now.

I wish people in here would realize theres more music in the world than just trance. Sure Tiesto became famous for his unmistakable unique uplifting trance sound, but the times are changing. The quality of trance nowadays is nowhere near what it was say 2 years ago. Progressive doesnt suck. Ill admit im not the biggest fan of the genre, but there is quality in all types of music (except country of course). And of all Tiesto cds i have in my collection, i dont recall him playing much progressive at all??? Have you heard his Dutch Dimension 7 hour set?? Only like one of the best sets this year!!!?? The Tiesto bashing should really stop cause if your expecting him to drop nothing but Gouryella and Solar Stone, youll never be happy.
If his set was really shit, and he was coked out bash it all you want, dont bash because it wasnt all trance. You can quote me on this.....Tiesto will never EVER play an all trance set again.

Another thing, u guys r funny, u just like criticizing Tiesto, like about half a year ago, u were all saying he sucks big time cause he spins uplifting and that is pure CHEEZE, like progressive is the right stuff too listen too.....ok, now he is on the progressive side and he sucks again, maybe degweed and sashas sucks too, all proggy. Mauro sucks too, he doesnt spin Trance, he spins Hard Techno. WTF with all of you....! The guy is so talanted, he switches back and forth no problem for u ppl, he does it so good, and u guys complaning....I wanna see Sasha spinning pure uplifting set???? I dont think he would do it as good as Tiesto... Sasha is amazing dj, but his set 5 years ago and today is basicly the similar.

Tiesto can spin and mix rock, techno, prog, epic all in one set.

I have the video - interview with him, he said there == i know ppl want me to spin progressive, it so popular right now, i will spin progressive. If we would ask him to spin heavy metal (Napalm Death and Sepultura stuff), he would do it for us; and he'd do it great.

I do nopt think taht Sahsha is into uplifting stuff he mostly like

His sets are so different now, since Airdrawndagger came out
