okay this song is pretty old now and EVERYONE plays it..from andy caldwell to sander van doorn.. all i know is the vocal is a guy and all he says over and over again is "what are you waiting for?"

can anyone help me? i googled it and funny i found a forum with some guy asking the same question and no one could answer..
