I'll have my funking DEADMAU5 crow deep-fried and doused in bbq and tabasco, please...
Say what smack you will, even I have to eat a crow once in a while - does a body good.
One word why: DEAD fucking MAU5
4X4=12 Fucking sick. Seriously. No matter which angle you look at it: musical quality, production, sound, all in all - aural ORGY. Seriously, if there's a way to fuck the ears gnarly and sweet at the same time, while tickling the mind - Joel figured out how.
"Right this second" is possibly one of the best examples from the album that has massive tracks and gives nods to Justice, Ed Banger, Uffie... heck, EVEN Wendy Carlos...
... for better or worse.
All I can say... I'm a fucking convert, now where's my fucking crow beyotches????
Listen LOUD!
I don't understand how can something sound so "in your face" yet crisp and punchy. Production skills probably one of the best.

he def knows what the kids want, but think about it, this is not timeless. a producer of his skill should make something that can take the test of time about now, before he looses it all. it was EXTREMELY predictable to say the least. yes the mixdown is pretty good but it completely lacks any drive at all. could anyone dance to this?

I thought Sofi needs a ladder and Animal rights with Garner where the best tracks of the album. The problem with these guys is that they are great producers but need a little help on the song writing side.

Though simple, that lead kills and you gotta love the processing on it.

You do watch Metalocalypse, right?
For me , my dance has to have balls. I guess it is my background in metal , punk and rock. Even classical, I prefer the bad ass brassy stuff of Elgar and Mahler over the danty classics like Mendhelsohn. I like things aggressive , sexy and bad ass. I find Deadmau5 early stuff quite bad. It was only until he started doing more of his BSOD stuff. In fact i'm not sure if that was a collab and he just pretty much ran with it but that shit was way cooler than his early deadmau5 stuff.
