Same here. Plus I also spin videos, so NO SVIDEO adapters for the unibody means hooking up a mess of wires. I'm still happy with my silver MBP.

does it have touch?

Thunderbolt? Not quite psyched about it, since it is some time away before RME or other major interfaces take advantage of it.

Different graphix? Again, not much trouser flapping, since what is there now is quite sufficient for what I do.

Glad they didn't get rid of expresscard slot.

Now, 4 cores? MOTHERFUCKERS! That pisses me off. It's been less than 60 days since I bought my MBP and I would have waited for 4 cores. I wonder if I could bitch scream and moan my way into new MBP at the apple store.... I hear it works. The louder you scream, the better are your odds of getting shit your way.

you just dont know the power of apple. Its just like analog vs digital. hardware synth cost more cuz of its quality. you'll never get a virus on a mac and you know that.

Don't get me wrong, if I had the money I'd love one. But if I was looking for a quad core lappy a year ago and had the money then... Well apple would have lost my business. Thats why I'll never switch to OSX, they're never ahead of PCs and you're reliant on a single company to do exactly what you want them to in terms of upgrades and compatability.
