I don't think it is. It could well be, but I think it's one of those recent vocal trance tunes churned out in the latter half of last century.

It's vocal trance, I remember that, but all I remember is that the video was shot at night... and that the singer is sort of hot. This is about as useful as saying the tune had hypersaws everywhere
