This is it: I don't believe Nou exists!
I now officially believe he's a bot designed by NWTA's!
Really, he refused to meet Kevin, a non-NWTA, on security grounds. I'm, however, hardly a threat to anyone else's well-being, so I should be fine, right? He said he'd be on a city next to where I am right now, but the moment I told him I could go there and meet him, he suddenly had different plans and had to go hundreds of kilometres away from where I am. So, I'd say he's either not in Japan or just doesn't exist. These are the two only thread-worthy possibilities.
And I'm going with the latter. I'm officially an agnoustic and this is the thread where we discuss whether or not he truly exists or if this is the one conspiracy PKC doesn't yet know about.
