I have spoken to people that have been there and yes it is a level of douche that is incredible, $20 to get into the place, another $20 to get into the pool part and to rent a tent/bottle service part is get this $2500!! yes there are beautiful women but seriously I can go to Toika and see insanely beautiful women there and deal with a lot less Jersey Shore types for around 15 to 20 bucks, not something I am interested in but there is a market for it judging by the crowds they get there.
