I don't understand this either. I thought the anti-trust and monopolies were forbidden in America. How the FCC could allow this is beyond me.

IT still needs approval by the government. That process will take about a year. I hope it gets denied. At&t has bad customer service, bad network, highest prices. They also lie blatantly to the public. The advertise 4G in the stores but in actuality the phones are still running on a 3 G network. They wont have 4G till the end of the year.

What's funny is that I was working for AT&T public relations when deregulation was getting pushed through in the late '90's. What's funny is that a lot of what the anti-deregulation people were saying would result from it has come true.
