After almost a year without posting any online sets, it's time to break the silence and bring you some new sounds.
I have been struggling to come up with a set, as I find there's a huge distinction between the physical experience of clubbing and what is enjoyable to listen to at home.
Most of what I play live, I don't really care to listen to anywhere else. That's why I had a hard time wrapping my head around it, and it just makes it even more difficult for me to tell the full story in only 1 hour.
In the next months I will come up with a few sets called 'The Black Out Sessions'. They will be either live recordings, podcast for Circus, or simply a mutation of the idea geared towards a listening experience. Altogether, they will paint a general idea of everything Black Out is.
So let's start with the Vol 1 Introduction. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
1- Linda Swallow / Otherworldly Presences
2- Efdemin - There Will Be Singing - DJ Koze rmx
3- Linda Swallow - Beyond The Mirror
4- Dewalta, Mike Shannon - Noodlz
5- Samklang - Ich Zeig Dir Wie
6- Daniel Half - It's not the Kind! It's not the kind you talked about
7- Danny Serrano, Westboy - Bubblegun
8- Mark Henning - Collider
9- President Bongo, dOP - Gossip Rats
10- Martin Dawson - What the Fuck
11- Emptyset - Altogether Lost feat. Cornelius Harris
12- Efdemin - Acid Bells

I'll give it a shot. Collider has such an infectious groove to it.

Pfff Misha, get out of your deep techno hole for once!
Very very good set Martin. I've been pleasently surpised at how you manage to play a completely different style than BlackOut but still keep the groovy-sexy-deepness of your mixes and keep a very nice flow from beginning to end. You did it again!
The BlackOut Session is a very cool idea too. Can't wait to hear the next ones
