my FIRST official track. need a lot of feedback!

hey so I just started producing a couple of months ago and I think i'm now finally starting to get the hang of it a bit.
I made this without studio monitors (going to buy some in a few weeks thank the lordie), so I did them all with a pair of sennheisers and used a couple of different speakers for references..
- I don't know much about mastering tracks so I did what I could. I need people to critique it please because i only want to get better!
thanks & enjoy : )

it's progressive/techno/electro all in one track.

I will try to give your effort some justice. the acidy sample, it's just kinda of weak. you could have a punchier, more percy sample there doing a lot better job. Why tease with the little bass rumbles? sounds kind of random to me. save that for when the track gets going, and make a nice kick/bass loop with some proper groove. after the break, it sounds like the track started over. very boring, no movement. some OK synths, but the sound selection is very dated and poor. the random harpsichord sound really exemplifies that. i would say, focus on an 8 bar loop, and get it sounding full, and don't stop until you have a groove. there is zero synth work in this track. try to work on that, see what others say too. keep'em coming

no direction as in it never goes anywhere. like a rather undeveloped idea.
