I didn't follow it, so I can't complain. All I can say is, thats the justice system and thats how it works. Plain and simple.

It was a Florida jury, what do you expect? I love Florida and many of its residents, but its educational system doesnt always produce the brightest pupils or critical thinkers. Did you see the looks on their faces? They probably never even heard of duct tape or chloroform before. None of them even asked to review the evidence. The trial was BS. The defense lawyer did a great job of tricking the jury. I'm sure he will be the go to lawyer for baby killers everywhere.

Seriously, I dont think they enough *hard* evidence to prove, beyond a doubt she murdered her kid. I think, personally, she did it, but I dont feel it was proven that the death was intentional, etc. Not to mention it happened in Florida, not Texas. Otherwise they'd have fried her up with some collards n potato wedges lol...

deapfried hit the nail on the head. There wasn't enough evidence to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt Casey murdered Caylee because she waited a month to tell anyone Caylee was missing, thus causing the forensic evidence to be much less reliable. Even though the jury technically made the right call with the evidence provided to them, we all know the bitch did it. She will get hers one day.

I've followed this case since 2008. I even streamed the entire trial at work. it's pretty sickening that this bitch is getting away with murder. It's sad that the jury couldn't even convict her of aggravated child abuse which included NEGLECT! If you have been partying for 30 days with no clue where your kid is, that is fucking neglect. Perhaps murder 1 was too tough to prove since they only had bones to examine but she shouldn't have been let go. This justice system is complete horseshit.

I hope she gets hers, just like OJ eventually did.
This poor little girl's bones are lying in a ditch while her disgusting bitch "mother" gets another chance at life & possibly to procreate again.

The defense team should be ashamed of their behavior after, toasting champagne & all happy about winning. As the mother of a 2 year old, I'm truly heartbroken.
