What program can i use to raise BPM....

I know cakewalk has it but it screws it up...

so are there any other programs that can raise BPMs of *WAV files, please tell me...also i want a free one.

Mixmeistor Pro 4 can increase the BPM of songs with keeping the tempo the same, and it does not sound bad when it does it (but earlier versions had problems). You might be able to get a demo.

Also, PCDJ Silver is free, and you can put up the BPM but it will sound pitched up as well.

if ur using winamp to listen to mp3s or waves theres a plugin for winamp to control bpm..just search on the winamp site ..i think u can find it there...its free of course..

i got that, but you can't actually save the track...maybe i just can't use the bloody program..

i mean i set the bpm and press save and try to mix it and boom *double beats cause it didn't change anything.

If you're looking for something easy, free and for use with converting MP3s to Wav files, try Chronotron, the Winamp plug-in. When I make CD's for my car, I always jack up the speed a bit. It's nice cause it doesn't mess with the pitch, so the song gets faster, but not distorted at all. It used to be on the winamp.com site under output or something like that
