I heard an interview with JJ on NPR last week which made me want to go see the movie........ i guess i should look up some reviews first before i go now.

This should have been M. Night Shyamalan movie...

Let me put it this way... you take it in pieces and it's got nice moments. End to end... it just doesn't deliver. I left with a sense that movie didn't really end - it was more like "Oh shit, we burned through the budget! Cut! Ok, that's a wrap!"

I was expecting something more exciting than "ET, GO HOME" sort of shit.

Here's a review that closely sums up my thoughts... However, I'm not as generous with praise for bits of cheese sprinkled throughout the movie.

I've completely stopped going to movies because all movies have been crap now for years. I think the last well done movie I watched in theaters was Blair Witch Project

I saw Incendies last night. Thought it was excellent. 91% on RT so far.
