I wonder......how do tracks get named?

This thought has been on my mind lately. What do you think the producers do most often. Create the song first, then listen to it and think of a fitting name. Or do you think they get an idea in their head of a theme for a song (with a name) then try to make the music around that idea. I'm sure it may be different depending on each producer, but does anyone know what is more common. Just curious...

what i do is make the tune, then think of the name..

but with some producers i dont think the name matters. like picotto for example.. he just has trends.. various reptiles (iguana, lizzard, komodo), then foods (baguette, kebab, verdi) and now its just random stuff, sometimes places

a track is a reflexion of the producers emotions at the time of production, so when a track sounds happy, he'll pick a 'happy' title (i.e. 'illumination'), and vice versa (i.e. 'global decay').

it happens i don't get certain titles, though...

'monkey forest'
'santiago de cuba'
