I heard that tune in a record store a few months back, and wrote down the artist and tune....when I find where I put it I'll let you know. When I first heard it, I thought the same thing - sounds like star 69.
Off the top of my head I believe it is "I get live" by Fatboy Slim...I'll verify that for you.

That sounds like Mike & Charlie - I Get Live (Fatboy Slim Remix).
