Well, try some of the bigger public hubs. Especially ones with BBB, SWE, BoStream in the name (ISP's in Sweeden...100/100Mbit for 50 a month). 300+ people hubs and search, you will get a ton of results.

I would recommend using CD Wave as opposed to Total Recorder, it's a better program (and freely available).
