I just read the ruling as well as Glenn's deposition and it's some of the funniest shit I've read in a long time. He actually testified under oath that his plan for bankruptcy restructuring was to take on an investor. When asked about the investor, he said it was a foreign investor named Raj. He said he didn't know Raj's last name but that he had made comments about investing $3m into Nocturnal. The lawyer reminded Glenn that $3M wasn't enough to pay off the foreclosure but Glenn still thought it was a viable plan.

Classic stuff.
