OK, so I actually listened to this for the entire hour and considering I actually spent my valuable time checking it out, I'm going to give my two cents worth.
Considering you used to DJ 'professionally' Jon, this along with your last mix I checked out, are rather disappointing.
The transitions are truly bad, I think I heard one or two that I deemed to be of OK/good standard. Frequency wise, the transitions are fine, but that's probably because you seem to leave the mixing to the very last part of the tune where nothing much is going on. There's almost always a massive drop in 'energy' before the next track gradually starts to come in, no 'energy' is maintained at all and in a mix like this, it needs to be considered. It makes it truly boring to listen too, never mind to dance too.
Try phasing in tunes a little earlier, making your transitions longer and tightening up on the harmonic mixing.
There were also a few beat-matching slips and a couple of track starting points were off by a bar (or half) or so, simple DJ concepts that shouldn't be too difficult to sort out with practice.
As for the tunes themselves, I actually enjoyed a couple of them, particularly the first breaks track. Although I must say that the 'French Kiss' remake was not enjoyable in the slightest, tune wise and tune wise alone it was going OK up until that point, I thought the remaining tune selection didn't flow well at all.
Overall I would recommend spending some time experimenting before creating a set, as this one appears to have had no thought put into it whatsoever.
