Has to be this one still. I doubt that I'll like it quite as much now as when I first heard it around age 16, as it's not varied enough for that, but the intensity and tight drum programming just blew my head clean off when I popped CD 2 into my Discman for the first time. the main reason Magik 7 is so f$$cking good
is that Auranaut-People Want to Be Needed is one of the most euphoric intros of all time...probably top 30 trance tracks of all-time!

Ah, so THAT is where that Necronomicon-track you played after Volt comes from. I was convinced that it was another Ruffneck release I hadn't heard at first, as it sounded so much like that stuff.

I think this one will certainly go down as one of the best and most important Fabric entries in history.

Scuba ‎– Sub:Stance

This one played a big part in forming my taste and got me interested in Techno.

Surgeon ‎– Fabric 53

Same goes for this one. I still think it's absolutely incredibly mixed and goes between Techno and Dubstep very smoothly. It seems like 2010 was the year where Techno and Dubstep really crossed. but most producers that used to be on the edge are just making straight Techno nowadays.
