Here is a good read about their setup, pretty recent also

They mentioned the use of omnisphere, and from personal experience you can achieve similiar sounding pads with that. Omnisphere has become my go to synth when it comes to pads and trancy FX, all of them are high quality.

Not me, but shows similiar pads that you want.Alchemy from Camel Audio is also another popular synth that I would recommend.
Of course you could always create the pads yourself with any decent plugin, but can be alot more tedious. Use a combo of detuned saws, triangle, and sine. The key is lots of layering, modulation, and subtle detail to achieve dreamy pads like this. Layering with a vocal/choir sample can give great results as well. Mess with the semitones of the oscs(+7 usually gives good results), LFO to the cutoff and/or volume to make it wobble ( you can even sidechain), light to moderate chorus effect.
btw thinks for putting up the song, puts me in a good mood
Cheers
