Need to identify this Gladiator tune...

There's a piece of really emotional chillout/classical music at the end of the film which plays through to the credits. I don't know what it is and I don't normally like classical at all, but I really love film classical. It's not 'Aphrodite' or 'now we are free'. Could someone pls indentify. Thanx
