Deep Dish Dilemma

Allright, so i just came back from vacation, and heard a song playing while i was sitting out in front of a caffe bar. I asked one of the waiters what song was playing, and could only make out "deep dish". Didn't get the exact song name because i said "what" and the dude had to repeat himself about 3 times(it was loud in there)...lol. All i can say is, it didn't have vocals. There was a string instrument in there also.

Any ideas?

Don't mean to resurrect an old thread...but, yeah, turns out it isn't a Deep Dish song ( i don't think so anyway ).

It was a more slow song (i don't think purely Trance) with this constant string instrument type sound.

Damn, i don't know how i'll ever find out what that song was...

nope, that was not it. It had quite a bit of atmosphere to it.Who knows... might not even have been a Deep Dish song. Maybe the bartender told me the wrong thing...
